I will just type the standards for the day on a half sheet of paper and then clip it with the clothespin. I stick all five for the week and then remove the top one after school.

Thank you. My room is smaller that I have been in at other schools.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your classroom with us. I always get inspired by looking at other's classrooms. I love how everything looks like it is labeled. I hope you'll share makeover photos as well.
ReplyDeleteThank you-yes I will share new photos!
DeleteThanks for sharing photos of your classroom with everyone. It's so great to see how everyone sets their rooms up.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Deletei love the baskets under the chairs. Did you do that or did the chairs come with that set up? what a GREAT idea.
ReplyDeleteThank you- no bought them at Dollar Tree, drilled holes in them and zip-tied them to the chairs.
DeleteThey worked wonderfully!
Nice! I love the colored baskets on the student tables and chairs. Where did you get them?

Dollar Tree! Thank you!
DeleteOne more question about the baskets. Do they spill very often? This is my first year in K after 4th/5th who have desks. A very overwhelming change.
ReplyDeleteThe baskets underneath the chairs are secured with a zip tie. I do not have baskets on the tables anymore. They keep their crayons in a ziploc bag in the basket under their chair.
DeleteYou are going to love the extra space that giving up a desk creates. Good decision. Thanks for sharing. Liz :)

Thank you - I don't think I am going to miss it!
DeleteJennifer,
ReplyDeleteYour room looks great! Your new word wall looks adorable. Do you have your word wall cards available to purchase? I saw your word wall packet on TPT, but couldn't tell if those were in that packet.

DeleteLet me see what I can do...
DeleteI hope you can. I love those and they would work perfect in my classroom. I looked for something today at Lakeshore, but couldn't find anything I liked. Then I saw yours and they are perfect! Do you have a multicolor banner that matches those? I like the green, but I would rather do more colors. I couldn't get the multicolor ones to show the thumbnail for some reason.
DeleteWould you like it to be editable so you can use your own font for the headings, or do you want mine? I can do both.
DeleteI'd be happy to have exactly what you have!!! Thank you sooooo much!!! I am excited!
DeleteHey Mrs. Morrow- send me an email- kindertrips@yahoo.com.
DeleteYour room is adorable! I love all the colors and the organization! Thanks for linking up!

DeleteHi, Can you tell me where the red shelving racks came from that hold their backpacks and jackets? I am so desperately in need of them. FOund some through teachers stores but they are very expensive! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThey just come with our schools. I agree they would be very expensive to put in!
DeleteYour classroom is exceptional! Thank you for sharing the photos. I am inspired.
ReplyDeletelove your classroom! I would love to get your word wall template. Is it listed for purchase?
