Monday Made-It

I just wanted to let you know that my Monday Made-Its actually "made it" into my classroom. This linky motivated me all summer and I was able to get many projects done prior to school beginning. I am so grateful for 4th Grade Frolics for hosting this event, it kept me off the couch and from watching T.V. all day...oh wait, I listened as I worked!
Here they are in my classroom:
Center Basket Bling
Center Signs
The Book Rack
Standards Posting (this one is new)
I just type the daily standards on a half sheet of paper and clip them with clothespins. I stack the five for the week and take the top one off at the end of the day.

Whole Group Area
I hope you all have a great school year!

    1. I used digital scrapbook paper and I copied it on cardstock and laminated it.

  14. Your room is super cute! Those are the colors I'm using this year too! I love the idea of using tulle instead of ribbon on the baskets. I have those same baskets and will "steal" that idea! I wanted to ask you if your paper fans that hang from your ceiling move around a lot? My a/c usually blows around but I really want to hang those fans!

    1. Yes and so do the pom poms, but they do not swing back and forth, more like they move in a circle.

  16. I love how you added the borders to your furniture. Did you laminate the border before attaching it? What did you use to attach it? Thanks so much for sharing.

    1. No I did not laminate them, but I should have. I used a "cool" hot glue gun and put thin strips on he border than attached it to the edges of the bookcases. It was able to peel right off.
